Game flow

Tap Play, select a clue, and use the on-screen keyboard to fill the answer. Correct words lock in automatically.

Your score is your completion time in seconds, measured from your first visit to that day’s crossword until the moment you finish it.

The fastest valid completion time ranks highest. Yesterday’s best time appears on the home screen.

Use the clue arrows to move between entries. Solved words stay locked. If you are brand new, you will be asked for a nickname before your first game.
